Hi, basically im 186 cm and weigh roughly 64kg. I play tennis for 30mins on monday and on firday approx: 1-2 hours in A Grade 2 but the thing is I have like 'man boobs' but they arent large. So basically how do I get rid of them? Please note I live in Australia so some of this stuff wont make sense. If anyone says to do push ups I can basically do 10 then i collapse (I know fail)
