I am cheating on my bf... should I tell him about it?

So I'm a teenage girl, and I like my bf really much.... BUT I cannot control myself when I see a really hot guy... I never slept with anyone, but I always kiss other guys.. I'm sorry! I don't mean 2 hurt my bf, who is really AWESOME and completely faithful, but I kinda can't control myself when it comes to pretty boys!!! Should I tell him cause I think he'll be very hurt?
