How Can I Incorporate A Heart Locket and Infinit Symbol In One Tattoo?

Sorry i'm not very artistic but i am getting a tattoo tomorrow of a heart locket and i really want to incorporate then Infinity (8) symbol into it somehow any ideas? I don't know if this matters but it will be on my ankle and about 3 to 4 inches in diameter..? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks in Advance!
