What effects do the rest of the horcruxes have in Harry Potter?

I know that tom riddles diary took over Ginny Weasley. In this new movie the locket took over ron and taunted him while being destroyed. Then the ring kinda made Dumbledore a bit creepy and hurt him. What do the rest of these do to Ron and all them while trying to destroy it?
