What are your thoughts on a teen mother?

What are your thoughts on a teenage girl who can't use condoms because she is allergic to the lube and her father won't let the doctor put her on birth control even to regulate her periods....so she got pregnant because she couldn't use protection but didn't want to stop having sex.
