Weird song after downloading a different song.?

This is very unusual but I downloaded "Teenage Dream" from Frost Wire. In the first 13 seconds of the song it plays a r&b type song then mentions a website then proceeds to play a horrible copy of "Teenage Dream" as if the song was recorded from the radio. Anyway I just want to find out the name of the r&b song. I couldn't understand much because of the mp3's quality and then there is an advertisement in the middle of it. But I understood something like this: Baby (or gimme) 2, 3 your love ( or I'm yours) tonight. how to love, come on. and i need you now. It seems to be sung by a female or a feminine male singer. Any clues of any kind would be appreciated much thanks.
