I need help, i don't know if i have ADHD or ADD , or maybe something else?

i'm in grade 9, and i don't know if i have ADHD or ADD, but i'm a very hyper child when i'm around people, and when i do say a math word problem, i lose foccus and i can't remember what i just read , i get lost. Ill randomly think about kittens, like i'm not joking ill be doing a math problem and ill think of a kitten playing with a soccer ball. The other day i was telling a story to my friend and i seen a kite and i just lost foccus and i was watching it and i didnt remember what i was saying. this is not a joke i'm not trying to be funny, please help
