Harry Potter Horcrux Question - Question Contains Spoilers?

Well, I believe that it was most likely Option A, although Voldemort may have made the first few horcruxes at the same time. This choice seems more reasonable because most likely he didn't know what he would need for horcruxes until he got the actual item.
