Does he want to be just friends with benefits?

I've been talking to this guy for a while and today was technically the 1st time we've hung out. We were at my house and my brother was there so sexual activity was (thankfully) limited. While we watched a movie we talked, kissed, and cuddled. Sounds good, right? Then tonight we were texting and we started discussing what mightve happened if my brother hadn't been there (i know, it's like I'm askin for him to mention sex, but we were just messin around). In 1 text he said he would like to just hold me while we watch a movie (cute). But then BOOM, next text he says maybe then his boys could feel a lil happy (and I'm assuming by boys he meant his dick?). Now I'll be honest, before now he has mentioned sex, but what else do you expect from a teenage boy? But the thing that bothers me is he's never mentioned a relationship or anything. I know he told some of his friends that me and him were hanging out, so he isn't exactly keeping me a secret but I'm still skeptical. We talk about a lotta stuff besides sex and I also know he likes me but..i have trust issues. Lol so are we destined for friends with benefits, or something more? And if it's heading for the FWB direction, is there anything I can do to change that, or is it too late?
